Hey All, I’m Chelsea cannell here with your update on Warner brothers next big payday — they hope! Dan Fogelman, the writer behind Bolt, Cars, and Tangled -- as well as the upcoming Crazy Stupid Love staring Steve Carrell and Ryan Gosling -- has signed a 7 figure deal with Warner brothers for his next project staring tom cruise. The story is about a politician who gets ousted when he's caught having an affair. He's sent packing to his home town with his reputation torn apart and his relationships hanging in the balance. There was quite the bidding war for this project with Fox, paramount, and MGM all making their plays but Warner Brothers put pen to paper writing a check to Fogelman for just under $2 million upfront.
